    • Authenticate your sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC — all three.
    • Send from a mailbox on your own domain so the From address matches your brand and website.
    • Stay within your provider's daily limit and warm up new mailboxes gradually.
    • Keep lists clean — bounces and complaints damage sender reputation.
    • Include an unsubscribe option and a postal address in marketing emails, as required by CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL.
    • A sent status means the mail server accepted the message; bounces can still arrive later.
